Who We Are
The Zimbabwe Medical Professions and Allied Trade Union (ZMPATU) is a newly registered trade union established in terms of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01]. We exist to represent, protect, and advance the interests of employees within the private medical sector across Zimbabwe.
Vision
To create a fair, balanced, and professionally represented private medical sector where workers’ rights are protected and respected.
Mission
To represent private medical sector employees through ethical unionism, legal support, dialogue-driven engagement, and sustainable labour relations.
