The Zimbabwe Medical Professions and Allied Trade Union (ZMPATU) is a newly registered trade union established in terms of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01]. We exist to represent, protect, and advance the interests of employees within the private medical sector across Zimbabwe.
ZMPATU was formed in response to growing challenges faced by medical professionals and allied workers—particularly the lack of effective representation and internal conflicts within existing unions. We are committed to offering a fresh, principled, and worker-focused approach to unionism
